Hello,
I am so grateful to be sharing my offering of love in this way, and that you have found me here. For much of my life I have felt my soul whispering to me to do this very sacred work. My first experience with a coach was 5 years ago when I felt helpless as I found myself stuck in limiting self beliefs and unhealthy behavior patterns with my family of origin. It was the first time I began to feel empowered in the face of my wounds and truly started to believe that there is in fact a better way to love and relate to myself and others. The clarity and joy that I feel from doing this work motivates me to keep going and to now share it with others.
